• Teacher Information: Identity proof, copies of academic certificates, courses, and experience certificates.
• Media Content: Specific photos and documents you choose to upload using system selection tools.
• Technical Data: Device ID, IP address, operating system, and app performance logs.

2. Device Permissions

To provide our services and ensure maximum privacy, the app interacts with your device features as follows:

• Camera: Used only when you choose to take an instant photo of documents or your profile picture.
• Photo Picker (Media Access): The app uses the standard photo picker on Android and iOS. We do not request full access to your media gallery or device storage; you manually select only the specific photos or documents you wish to upload.
• Notifications: To send real-time updates about your requests, chat messages, and new offers.
• Location: To provide services and content based on your region and language preferences.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

1. To create and manage your account and provide customer support.
2. To facilitate transactions and communication between users (teachers and parents).
3. To send notifications regarding order status, new offers, and app updates.
4. To improve app performance, security, and prevent fraudulent activities.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share information only in the following cases:

• With Other Users: Data is shared between teachers and parents to facilitate agreements between both parties.
• Service Providers: With trusted third parties (such as Firebase for database and Expo for notifications) that help us operate the app.
• Legal Requirements: If required by Sudanese law or in response to valid requests from public authorities.

5. Data Deletion and User Rights

We provide you with full control over your personal information:

• Access and Update: You can update your profile info directly within the app settings.
• Immediate Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time directly through the 'Delete Account' feature in the app settings.
• Data Removal: Upon using the in-app deletion feature, your personal data and Firestore documents are permanently removed from our active servers immediately, except where retention is required by law.

6. Data Security

We implement strong security standards (such as SSL encryption) to protect your data. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Users are responsible for keeping their account passwords confidential.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for use by children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn a child has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.
